About us

We’re two sisters from a small town in Montana, raised around leather, tools, and the steady hands of our dad. Dan Mayer began crafting saddles as a teen and soon after studied under Dale Harwood. He has amassed more than 40 years of experience.

Today, we have joined in the journey of handmaking tough, honest gear built to go wherever the trail takes you.

Dan Mayer, owner of Mayer Saddlery and our mentor, showed us the value of true craftsmanship. At Red Rock Leather we carry that tradition forward, creating products made with care and precision, built to last for years to come.
